Next-level trade intelligence, always on tap

Category perspective

Our Import & Export team trades in 97 countries, so we see what is taking off abroad long before it reaches Poland. We turn that intelligence into opportunities here, bringing new and exciting products to Polish shoppers before anyone else.

  1. Matcha snacks: Pocky biscuit sticks, a KitKat Matcha Latte pack and a box of matcha mochi, beside a bowl of matcha powder

The matcha wave has taken over the world, with food and non-food categories alike jumping on the trend, from lattes and chocolate to snacks and skincare.

  2. International flavours: Samyang Buldak cheese ramen, wasabi Lay's and Fanta in grape and peach, with a bowl of the noodles

Korean, Japanese and Thai flavours are reshaping European tastes, from fiery Buldak noodles to ever-wilder limited-edition Pringles. Takis is one example of how we bring an international flavour into Polish stores.

  3. Impulse sweets: Nerds Gummy Clusters in two flavours, PEZ Shock Headz sour candies and Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry, with bowls of the sweets

Sour is one of 2026’s biggest flavour stories, from sour-coated gummies and Swedish-style pick-and-mix to sour drinks and snacks, much of it discovered on TikTok. We track which formats make the jump from social feeds to store shelves.

  4. Drinks and better-for-you snacks: an Oshee vitamin shot and C4 Smart Energy Peach Mango, beside Grzybsy shiitake chips and Healthy Crunch banana chips

Shoppers want more from every product, and whole new categories are emerging as a result: functional drinks, protein snacks, even high-protein ice cream. We were one of the first companies to bring these products to Poland, with C4 Energy and protein-based snacks.

The work behindthe listing

Distribution is our passion. Our team coordinates the whole process end to end, so products are always available, on time and in the right place.

Plan the work behind the listing

  1. 50,000+ — Products shipped every day. Picked, packed and delivered to stores across Poland, every day.

  2. 42,800+ — Retail points your products reach. Discounters, hypermarkets, convenience, drugstores and the cash-and-carry wholesalers that supply independent trade.

  3. 2 — Logistics sites. Stock is handled at our Raben and Czarna Białostocka sites, with delivery requirements planned around the channels, product characteristics and commercial plan in scope. Deliveries run through established logistics operators in Poland, coordinated by our team.

Before you get in touch

What work can BDG take on?

The scope is agreed around your range and route to market. It can include import preparation, stock handling, distribution, retail support and managed e-commerce.

Which retailers can you get my brand into?

Practically all of Polish modern retail, including the chains shown above: discounters, hypermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores and cash-and-carry wholesalers, from Biedronka, Lidl and Kaufland to Żabka, Rossmann and Hebe.

Do you work on an exclusive basis?

Yes. We want to build long-lasting partnerships and grow brands together on the Polish market, so we work with our brands exclusively.

How long does it take to launch in Poland?

From the start of our work to the first sales usually takes around 90 days.

Who handles Polish labelling and translations?

The manufacturer is the responsible entity as the brand and product owner, but we help with all of the adaptations and translations. If production at the start doesn’t meet the minimum quantities for Polish packaging, we can also apply stickers and labels.

How does the commercial model work?

It depends on the project. We always find the solution that works best for both sides.

Where is my stock held?

Depending on the product and category, stock is held at one of our warehouses, Raben or Czarna Białostocka.

Do you run trade marketing and in-store promotions?

Yes. We run trade marketing activations that include in-store promotions, sampling and POSM, and above-the-line and below-the-line activations for brand building.

How do we plan activity and reporting?

We agree the information, reporting cadence and decision points that are useful for the project before work begins.

What do the reports include?

Reports cover the standard KPIs you would expect from a full service distribution partner, and can be customised to what your brand needs.

Can distribution and e-commerce be planned together?

Yes. Where the commercial scope supports it, we can plan the retail and online routes together so the range and stock plan are considered across both.
