We analyze data and determine whether your qualifications, skills and experience match the profile of the position for which we are currently recruiting

Job interview with the HR department
We invite you to participate in a direct job interview with the HR department. It can also be a phone call or Skype call. We will ask you to contact us with people who will be able to familiarize us with your references.

Job interview with the company managers
We will invite you to participate in the recruitment meeting with the participation of your direct supervisor or people managing the company. At this stage, you may be asked to complete questionnaires and tests depending on the position for which you are applying.

Feedback
You will receive feedback from us regarding the recruitment process regardless of its final. We submit a job offer to the selected candidate and confirm the agreed working conditions. We provide the documents necessary to sign the contract electronically.
