Our main task is to expand and develop the distribution network around the world. Thanks to the team’s commitment and experience, our products are currently available on all continents, i.e. in 90 countries. At the same time, we are constantly working on expanding the group of potential recipients, including by participating in the largest international fairs and industry events in France, China, Germany, Spain and United Arab Emirates., but also often use unconventional, proprietary ways to reach the customer. All our activities are based on building long-term, partner relationships. What counts in our work is the effect, quality of service and, above all, customer satisfaction. You can develop your competences and skills in the area of negotiation, language competences, building business relationships and conducting transactions with customers.

National Sales Department

We serve modern and traditional market customers. Thanks to our work, global brands can be found in such chains as: Auchan, Tesco, Carrefour, Kaufland, Makro, Super-Pharm and Żabka. We are also responsible for ensuring the availability of products in all sales channels, we organize promotional campaigns and introduce solutions that are to improve the visibility of our products at points of sale. You can also learn the specifics and secrets of cooperation with modern and traditional market customers, improve your negotiating competences and develop your skills in the area of sales and customer service.

Purchasing Department

We are responsible for establishing and maintaining international and domestic business contacts and searching for new providers. Our daily routine is to negotiate, set trading conditions and complete the purchasing process. We also monitor the rotation of goods. You can develop with us in the area of implementation of negotiation processes as well as establishing and building long-term cooperation with providers.

Logistics Department

The logistics department consists of a group of people who, thanks to joint forces and cooperation, make the goods reach the customer on time, meeting their expectations. Our tasks include ensuring that the goods are delivered in accordance with the instructions of the sales department, providing extra services in terms of market requirements or individual customer orders, and in the final stage ensuring that the goods go to the customer, meeting all transport and customs requirements. You can develop with us in a range of issues related to the transport fleet, forwarding trade, national and international transport, customs service.

Marketing Department

Our activities focus on cultivate the Brand Distribution Group image, our own brands and distribution brands. We provide support for traders, prepare a creation and build a marketing strategy, both in the case of B2B and B2C. You can develop with us in the field of broadly understood marketing as well as creation, graphics and instant response to customer needs.

HR Department

We help in achieving business goals by creating conditions for individual development and company development.
We support people in developing their skills and raising competences, we encourage the development. Our team takes care of the areas of recruitment and employee development, training, internal communication as well as HR and salaries.

Administration Department

We are a team of motivated, dynamic people. The main task of the administration department is to manage the office and warehouse facilities of the Group Companies. In addition, every day we run the office of the Management Board, organize employee delegations, coordinate work with external service providers. We also perform all tasks related to the contracts, circulation of documentation and organization of daily office work. You will learn how to administer documents and office facilities, as well as learn how to respond quickly to the needs of employees and contractors.

Finance and Accounting Department

We care about the company’s financial resources and at the same time plan and control the financial effectiveness of undertaken actions. Proper functioning of the group companies depends on fast and flexible response, as well as on reliable settled taxes and insurance, which allows the management board to make the right decisions. We care about good cooperation with banks, officials, auditors, customs chambers, tax offices, Central Statistical Offices and Social Insurance Institutions. In our department, you can develop in the area of operational finance, accounting and controlling.

IT Department

Our IT consists of three areas: user support (Helpdesk), system administration as well as analyzes and implementations. The specialists we employ work, among others, on creating and developing IT systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, B2B, e-commerce), on infrastructure management (including Active Directory, LAN, Wi-Fi), as well as daily supporting employees in IT issues. Working with us, you can take care of user support, system and network administration, development of one of the largest online stores in Poland, analysis, implementation of ERP, CRM systems and project management.
